Joint Seat Allocation Authority, commonly known as JoSAA will conduct joint counselling for admissions to Engineering in India IITs, ISM Dhanbad, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes- funded either partially or fully by Central / State Government) from 2015 onwards. Till 2014, seat allotment procedure for JEE Main qualifiers for admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs was conducted by Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB). But from 2015 onwards, JoSAA will conduct the procedure of seat allocation. Candidates can fill their choices from July 25 to 29, 2015. Online Registration, Choice filling and Choice Locking followed by Seat Allotment and admission process for the NITs, CFTIs and other institutes that are participating in the JEE Main 2015 can be done by JEE Main 2015 qualifiers. Candidates must carefully follow the guidelines prescribed for the Counselling procedure.
